These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Buildabot online store (buildabot.in), operated by First Step Innovation Pvt. Ltd. By accessing our platform, creating an account, or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or possess valid parental consent), that all information provided to us is accurate, and that you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products and Pricing
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to modify prices or adjust product availability at any time without prior notice. Price updates will not affect orders that have already received an official confirmation email.
- Product images are for illustration purposes. Minor technical or aesthetic variations in components may occur.
- We reserve the right to limit item quantities or refuse orders at our sole discretion, including cases of suspected commercial resale or bulk arbitrage.

3. Orders and Payment
- An order is legally confirmed only after payment is successfully captured and an order confirmation email is dispatched.
- We accept UPI, net banking, debit/credit cards (via Razorpay), and Cash on Delivery (COD) for qualified orders up to ₹2,000.
- COD orders that are intentionally refused at delivery without structural justification may result in the permanent removal of future COD privileges for that customer profile.
- In the event of a technical payment failure, the order will not be processed. If funds are deducted during a failure, they will be automatically refunded by your banking institution within 5–7 business days.

4. Intellectual Property
All original content featured on this site—including text, layout assets, logos, imagery, graphics, software mechanics, and simulation templates—is the exclusive property of First Step Innovation Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and is protected under Indian copyright and industrial property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or derivation is strictly prohibited.

5. User Conduct
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to bypass security measures, gain unauthorized access to core infrastructure, deploy automated bots/scrapers without written clearance, or publish defamatory content.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our kits and components are provided "as is." Beyond verified product descriptions, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for a specific custom project layout. Manufacturer hardware warranties (where applicable) are passed directly through to the customer.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, First Step Innovation Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, components, or website—including but not limited to loss of data, hardware damage, or improper circuit configurations. Our total structural liability for any claim shall not exceed the absolute purchase price of the product in question.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith mutual negotiation. If unresolved, all legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.
