These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Buildabot online store (buildabot.in), operated by First Step Innovation Pvt. Ltd. ("Buildabot"). By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order or creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent), that the information you provide is accurate, and that you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.
2. Products and Pricing
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
- We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
- Product images are for illustration purposes. Minor variations in appearance may occur.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected resale or bulk arbitrage.
3. Orders and Payment
- An order is confirmed only after payment is successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email.
- We accept UPI, net banking, debit/credit cards (via Razorpay), and Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders up to ₹2,000.
- COD orders that are refused at delivery or returned without reason may be blocked from future COD eligibility.
- In case of payment failure, your order will not be processed. No amount will be deducted; if deducted, it will be refunded within 5–7 business days by your bank.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this site - including text, images, logos, graphics, and code - is the property of First Step Innovation Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and is protected under Indian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.
- Post false, defamatory, or misleading reviews or content.
- Use automated bots or scrapers to access the site without written permission.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our products are provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose beyond what is stated in the product description. Manufacturer warranties (where applicable) are passed through to the customer.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, First Step Innovation Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or site, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or damage to equipment. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless First Step Innovation Pvt. Ltd. and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our products.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
